Domain Names
Want a simple, easy-to-remember website address for your site? We can search and provide you with a list of the best available domain names for your new site. You simply choose which one you want and we’ll acquire it and attach it to your website. Standard “.co.uk” domain names are purchased for two year periods and need to be renewed at the end of the second year. Other domain name types are available, but will cost more.
NewsNow Promotion
We can register your website for NewsNow, the industry standard news aggregation service, so your site’s stories will appear as part of the biggest online news aggregator in the UK. If your club is affiliated to a pro club, we may also be able to arrange for your headlines to appear alongside those of your parent club.
Twitter Integration
Twitter is an extremely easy-to-use social networking website where users post status update messages no longer than 140 characters in length. Twitter is a great way to help publicise your club/organisation and gives users the option to make quick, short, updates live from events via their mobile phones. For a one-off fee we can set up your club or organisation’s Twitter account and fully integrate it with your site so your headlines and links to your new site are automatically published to your Twitter account whenever you add a new articles to your site.
Facebook Integration
Facebook is the most popular social networking website in the world. Users each have a personal account and can add, and communicate with, friends, brands and groups online using its easy-to-use interface. Our Facebook integration package includes the creation of a Facebook “Like” Page where Facebook users (including your players, supporters and officials) can join and show their support for your club/organisation. We then add a promo box to your website and integrate the Facebook page with your site so your headlines and links to your new site are automatically published to your Facebook page whenever you add a new articles to your site.
NEW FOR 2011-2012: Facebook Commenting
We can now offer you a complete Facebook integration with the addition of Facebook Commenting. Every article on your site can have a comments section at the foot of each article where your fans/readers can leave comments and messages simply by using their Facebook account.
